The gunman who killed 81 kids in Norway is definitely not a mind twisted one, since person who is psychological disorder cannot really control his/her action. But this one, on the contrary, knowing what he’s doing. He’s more like a loser, cannot render his thoughts properly, but to bully the weaker people to satisfy his tenuous self-esteem - that’s exactly what losers do.
